Snake Fighter

Snake Fighter is a multiplayer-focused version of the classic snake game, where you fight with other snakes for food and items, with the goal of being the longest one when the timer stops.

Controls

Menus:

• ⬆️⬇️ to change option
• 🅾️/Z to select or change value
• ❎/X to test controllers
  

Snake:

• ⬆️⬇️⬅️➡️ to move
  
• 🅾️/Z to use held item
  
• ❎/X to blep!
  

Dead:

• ⬆️⬇️⬅️➡️ to move
  
• 🅾️/Z to respawn
  
• ❎/X to change direction

Note: when playing on keyboard, you can control P1/P2 with:

1. Arrows + Z / X
2. E S D F + Tab / Q

How to play

Move your snake and eat food to increase your length/points (displayed at the top) or pickup items.
Hitting a wall, another snake, or a hazard will kill your snake, losing all your points and item.

Items

Each snake can hold 1 item that is displayed at the bottom-left corner next to its number.
Some items are mono-use and others can be used multiple times until they are out of energy.

* With the exception of items that are used immediately when picked up.

Experiment with all items to see how they interact!

Hazards

Anything that isn't an item or food will kill your snake (even shrapnel from explosions!).

Laser and explosions can cut your snake when hit far from its head, leaving you in-game with the remaining portion of your tail.

Settings

You can change game mode and player snake in the setting

• Versus: Free for all, you against everyone else.
• Team VS: 2 vs 2, players 1-2 matched against 3-4

In the input menu you can change which controller controls which snake, select the last controller to make snakes 2,3,4 be controlled by the CPU (not a very smart one, but hey it's an option).
